Return and Exchange Policy

Criteria for Exchange or Return To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the product must be returned within 3 days of receiving your order. The product must be in the same condition as when it was received and must not have been used or opened because they are highly sensitive products; it should also not be damaged in any way due to use. In the case of any damage to the product or if 7 calendar days have passed before initiating a return request, the request will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Case 1: Exchange or Return Due to Customer Preference and No Product Defects We accept our valued customers’ requests for exchanges or returns within the aforementioned period. However, the customer will bear the shipping fees whether it is an exchange or a refund (there may be a deduction of transfer fees “if any” for the refund).

Case 2: Return or Exchange Due to Incorrect Product Type After we receive the product requested for exchange or refund, our team of technicians will verify and confirm the error or defect. Based on their findings, a decision will be made regarding the return.
